SMS terms

Zenage LLC offers optional service appointment notices and secure service portal invitations by text to consenting US recipients. The pilot is being prepared and SMS delivery is not yet active. This program does not include marketing.

Your choice

Consent is optional and is not a condition of purchase or access to your service portal. Give consent only for a number you subscribe to or are authorized to use. Staff may record your affirmative verbal consent, or you may submit the optional web form in your invited service portal. See how to opt in.

Frequency and charges

Message frequency varies with your requested service activity. Message and data rates may apply under your carrier plan. Delivery is subject to carrier availability. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Opt out and get help

Once messaging is active, reply STOP to stop messages or HELP for assistance. You can also select Save text opt-out in your service portal or contact [email protected]. An existing suppression is not cleared by submitting a new opt-in form.
