SMS privacy

This policy covers Zenage LLC’s own service notification pilot and the consent collected for it. It describes SMS information, rather than all information held in a Zenage account.

Service texts cover appointment notices and secure service portal invitations. Message frequency varies with your service activity. Message and data rates may apply.

Information we use

We use your phone number, messaging preference, consent evidence and delivery information to operate requested service notifications and honor opt-outs. A consent receipt records the method, time, account or staff member who recorded it, and the disclosure you were shown or read.

How information is shared

We do not sell or share mobile information or messaging consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Service providers process the information needed to deliver and support messages. We may disclose information as required by law.

Your preferences and records

We retain records needed to demonstrate your preferences, honor opt-outs and operate the service. Opting out stops eligible future notifications; it does not erase the record needed to honor your choice.

You can save a text opt-out in your service portal or contact us. Once messaging is active, you can also reply STOP. Ask about access, correction or privacy at [email protected].
